Difficult situation

So there’s a lot going threw my head rite now my husband and I have been trying to have a baby sense September in dec I found a lump in my breast well it was cancer had surgery in April to have it removed and it worked completely no more cancer well sense then we have been full force (okayed by drs) trying doing blood work to see why Iv lost 6 babies. Found out last week I have APS (aka anticardiolipin,sticky blood syndrome, or hughs syndrome) so switching from low dose aspirin to heparin injections soon. Well found out today in not ovulating day 21 of my cycle and normal progesterone level is above 10 mine is .3. I have to start provera next Thursday if I haven’t started by then and 5 days after I start my period I start my 1st round of clomid. I really need some encouraging words and maybe someone’s experience with clomid and heparin injections
