i’m at work right now in quite about of pain. it feels like i’m peeing myself a bit but i’ve checked and i’m not peeing myself? my underwear feels damp but my liner isn’t like soaked so i’m confused? idk what to do , i dont want to go to the hospital and look stupid

You would have yo go into l and d to see if it's pee or amniotic fluid. They have a test to test for it

When water breaks it’s a leaking but only with contractions that you may not even feel at this point.  Put a pad on and see how wet it gets over an hour.  You are just about full term so you and baby will be fine.
