Now every time I cough or sneeze I fart and pee myself. Literally had to sleep in a maxi pad last night because of the leakage.  Man pregnancy is beautiful! 🤣🤣🤣

I would look into pelvic floor therapy.  While a lot of women experience that, it’s a sign of a weak pelvic floor and going to get worse through the end of pregnancy and post partum.  It’s something that can be fixed xx

My MIL scared me my whole pregnancy about pelvic floor stuff. I did kegels and such anyways, not realizing it was part of pelvic floor training, idk if it made a difference, but I had 4 hrs of pushing and somehow avoided tearing🤷‍♀️ 
I did definitely leak sometimes during pregnancy, with all the fluids you have ti drink and baby bouncing on your bladder I don't know if it is always avoidable, but i never needed more than a panty liner (mostly for peace of mind and comfort)

I got pregnant 5 months after giving birth to my daughter...so my pelvic muscles are just....toast. I don't think a day goes by where I don't sneeze or cough and have to rush to the bathroom. My husband finds it quite funny, actually.
