SLOWWWW LABOR

so yesterday morning I had some super bad back and stomach pain wasn’t contracting regularly enough and my cervix was still closed and 50% effaced they sent me home. Then later that night I was contracting every 5 minutes so I went back and was contracting. Every 2 minutes and was 1 cm dilated and got sent home. I ended up having my mucus plug and the bloody show. Now I’ve just been in limbo all day uncomfortable but not in unbearable pain. What to do 😩
