Transfer cancelled because of lining?

Question

I have a FET scheduled for 6/18 but my doctor cautioned me it could be cancelled if my lining doesn’t thicken. I’m currently at 7.3 and they’d like to see this at least at 8. It is a natural cycle so I haven’t been up medication yet. Now that I’m ovulating, I started estrogen patches today. Anyone see big improvements with their lining after starting the patches? Or has anyone had the cycle cancelled due to lining not being thick enough?

Hi, my May fet was cancelled for this reason. My lining actually started to decrease as it was at the end of its cycle. I actually think my clinic messed up and had me in to late for my 1st monitoring scan but I lube by everything happens for a reason and it just wasn't ment to be. I am actually starting meds and patches again tomorrow for another try 🤞
Don't be to disheartened, I was devastated when my doctor told me we have to cancel but as my doctor put it 'when we have beautiful embryos we want them to have the best possible lining it wouldn't be fair to put them in with a poor lining'  this made me look forward and try to take a breather before the next cycle.

I did a transfer on 4/20 and my lining only got to 7.7 and I’m currently 10.5 weeks pregnant so I wouldn’t worry! But I did drink pomegranate juice, did some yoga poses to increase blood flow to my uterus, went on walks, and tried to eat the foods that are good for your lining. All of it helped!

I’m sorry to hear.  Didn’t make it to that point with my first IVF I’m currently on my second one egg transfer tomorrow.  I’m sure your lining will get ticker u almost at the 8 they want you to be.
