Miscarriage or blood clot?

So I’ve been bleeding the past few days I’m assuming it was just normal period but this came out of me this morning and I’m not sure what this is I’ve never really seen a blood clot like this before. When I touched it it was really thick and fleshy almost and was definitely tough if you would like pull it as if trying to pull it apart. Me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex a while ago so it’s why I’m asking but also it doesn’t really look normal either considering I’ve never had this kinda thing come out with my periods can anyone help.?
