IUD extreme mood swings??

I've had the liletta IUD for about 4 months now. They told me 6 months was when everything would start to stabilize...

It's getting worse and worse by the day. First 2 months, I was fine. Month 3-4, my mood swings have been giving me whiplash. I also have Borderline Personality Disorder which is not helping. And by extreme mood swings I mean it's like... Suicidal for 2 weeks, manic for a couple days, back to suicidal. I'm lashing out at people and being very toxic. Which is making me withdraw and isolate in an attempt to not do that - but then that also makes the depression worse. Crying all day long, including during work.

Please tell me this is going to improve by the 6 month mark.
