Just Starting Birth control

i’m 21 y/o and I just got prescribed the junel fe brand combination pill, wanted to see if anyone had specific side effects with it? I was advised to take it on my next period when it begins but that should be in next two days (tuesday/wednesday) so would I take the pill the first pill and put the sticker over it showing that I started taking it on a wednesday instead of a sunday? just confused on what pills to take first and how to go about keeping it normal
