Pp bleeding

I am exactly 5 weeks postpartum. I bled for 2 weeks straight then it stopped. During that week I had sex w my s/o (without a condom) & we kinda freaked out so i took a plan b the next day. I started bleeding 2 days after taking the plan b, which i figured was from taking it bc i read that sometimes you can bleed from the pill. But its been 2 weeks and the bleeding hasnt gotten any better and actually its realllly heavy now & very bright red. Is this normal after having a baby? Should I be concerned?
