Help .. any moms with advice for me please

I’m a 19 year old, I live alone just me and my almost 1 year old (he turned 11 months the other day) I’m so depressed and I feel like shit because he wouldn’t stop trying to climb off the bed and wouldn’t stop jumping around so I put him inside his play pen and allowed him to cry for 5 minutes. I need advice I don’t know what to do sometimes. I don’t like hearing him cry but at the moment I was crying also and I just needed a quick break in the other room.
