Clomid success

I am on my first month of Clomid 50mg on day 3-7. At my 14 day ultrasound I had 4 dominant follicles. Any success stories with this?? I had peak opk on Sunday and ovulation cramps/pain Monday AM so I’m certain I ovulated Monday AM. TWW sucks and I’m so nervous/stressed.
