My husband constantly smokes weed while watching newborn

He doesn’t do it inside the house but he is high while taking care of our 2 month old baby. He smokes like every 3-4 hours all day long and every single day. He won’t stop when I ask him. I take care of the baby 16 hrs a day and he lets me sleep the other 8 hours. It’s illegal in our state and it’s not worth the risk of losing our son. He also relapsed two night ago, he is an alcoholic. Would you leave your husband for this alone?
