4 days post partum and have had normal bleeding and tiny clots. I over did myself last night cleaning and moving furniture and woke up to that this morning. Should I continue to monitor myself or go to the emergency room?

I was always told that my body will tell me when I’ve done too much because I’ll start bleeding more. If that is bigger than a golf ball give your dr a call.

I wouldn't go to the ER for that, they won't do much besides make you wait for 8 hours, give you a motrin and tell you to call your doctor. 
I would call the doctor though.

you should at least call your doctor, i was told any clot over the size of a quarter should be reported
