boyfriends friends

me and my boyfriend have been together for about 9 months now, and he has met all of my friends that i have had the opportunity to introduce him to (meaning obviously the ones that are away for college and stuff he hasn’t met). i have met one of his friends by chance when we ran into the friend while me and my boyfriend were having lunch.

he got an invite to a wedding of one of his friends about a month and a half ago, and i sort of jokingly ( but kind of meant it ) said to take me as a plus one so i could finally meet them.

i didn’t realize this wedding was this friday, and he told me that it was and how he went shopping for all of his outfits and got his hair cut and all yesterday.

should i have the right to be upset that he isn’t taking me?
