Update:
This was the update given by my co ordinator when I asked about natural cycle.
No to answer your questions. Yes, you are doing a natural cycle as much as possible. But as you know the system is unpredictable and we don’t know how a natural cycle will need. In your case you need Estrace support to the uterine lining. This is the reason he is added Estrace to the protocol.
2nd, the body is producing a follicle that is measuring 16mm, this is not a good thing. So we need to make sure your body does not ovulate this follicle because if this happens then your uterine lining will be effected and we will not be able to do an implantation because the lining would be damaged.
Since we will be stopping ovulation and you need to do a trigger shot to calculate timing as well, which this means you will need to start Endometrin vaginal inserts and progesterone as well and this will help maintain the lining nice an thick as well.
Doing a natural cycle is a silver line, there is always medication involved because it is hard to predict how the lining will do without medication.
