Not talking yet should I be worried?

Any other toddlers not talking yet? Getting worried as my son doesn't seem interested in talking whatsoever.

Mine just started talking a lot in like literally the last couple weeks.  Went from just three or four words to a lot.  A lot of times he only says them once but it is a lot!  I just have to really listen because the pronunciation and annunciation is off.  Milestones are great I suppose but they put too much pressure on our kids!  :). It’s goes by so fast!

My daughter wasn’t talking much at all. I read somewhere online to encourage baby babbles if your toddler isn’t talking much. For about a month I just babbled everything she did and she has made such great progress!

Same here. Not interested at all! Doesn't even say mama. She just recently started to try to say banana (nana) or water (agua) I'm teaching her Spanish.
I try to not worry as I read it's normal. She's advanced in other areas so we'll just wait.

I m too worried about my daughter. She is jan 2020 born but don’t take interest in using words. She just keep babbling using her baby language. Not even Mumma.

My 17th month old baby boy says probably 12 words Or less but boys tend to take a little longer to speak.. my daughter was a preemie (35 weeks) and she had 100+ words and broken sentences but she was way too advance and by the age of 2  she was fully speaking and her sentences were so clear.

My daughter didn’t really start saying a lot until closer to 2 and she just all of a sudden wouldn’t stop! My son is 18 months the 30th and does say words hi, all done, mama, dada, nana but that’s about it.

Mine has about 12 words but doesn't say much. Word approximations (like dah for dog or whatever) count as word and so do sounds like animal sounds. But mine still grunts for pretty much everything or everything is "thish" and like 5 of his words sound like "shit". He also hasn't said mama in like 3 months 🤷‍♀️ 
Just keep talking to him and address it at the next dr appointment. From what I understand boys in general talk later and also first born are usually a little slower with it too.

If he's not saying 10 words/sounds/signs by 18M the recommendation is to get assistance. 20 is better but boys tend to be lower on speech to start. 
If it helps, with my first 2 it was right as they turned 17M and were only talking a little bit that I got concerned and started to count number of words/sounds. But they hit the language explosion right after that and were both speaking over 50 words by 18M. My current 17M old is a super speaker and working on 2 Word phrases. She doesn't stop telling you what she wants 😳 But she was my latest walker. Each child is different

Mine isn’t talking either and acts in a very similar way to what Courtney described. His receptive communication is very good — seems to understand almost everything. He says mamama and dadada but not in reference to me or my husband. He occasionally will say his version of “moo” when we talk about cows and makes a squealing noise when we talk about cats (it’s his attempt to meow) but no one else apart from me or my husband would really recognize these as words. He signs “more” and “all done” with sign language. But no regularly spoken words. He is in speech therapy and it is helpful as far as things to try but we’re still waiting on the speech to arrive so hard to know if it’s working but at a minimum, it isn’t hurting.
