Y’all I need help😭

My five year old has been going through a stage where she cries and screams CONSTANTLY. The second you make her mad, she will throw the HUGEST fit for HOURS. For example, she is currently SCREAMING because her legs are cold. She is in shorts. I have offered her pants, longer shorts, a long skirt, a long dress, and a blanket. I’ve tried redirecting her attention, but she is not having it. None of it is good enough for her. She refuses to change out of her shorts, but yet she still continues to SCREAM because she’s cold. She has been screaming since 1:15. It is now 2:19. It doesn’t look like she’s gonna stop any time soon. She throws multiple fits like this EVERY single day. I’ve tried putting her in time out, talking with her, putting her to bed early, redirecting her attention with toys or games or one on one time, taking toys and privileges away, and literally everything else I can possibly think of. I am at a total loss of what to do. I am absolutely miserable and I feel like I’m failing her. Any suggestions before I take it to her pediatrician?
