Wetting yourself after prostate cancer

Does anybody know anyone who had prostate cancer and went through this. My boyfriend just beat it and hes really you(26). He has been wetting himself a lot. It may happen when sneezes or coughs. And sometime he says he will just get an urge to ped and ped before he can even thing to go to the bathroom. This has been going on for a while and he's obviously getting frustrated. I suggested diapers but he says he wants to have some dignity.... How much dignity can you have being 26 and pissing yourself.
