No weight?

I a m 30 weeks pregnant in April I lost 10 lbs due to food poisoning then I went back to the weight I was before the food poisoning. As I get further along my weight dosent change I have stayed the exact.same weight for the last 3 months. I am now on my every 2 week dr appointment and my last appointment I lost weight. I'm not complaining about not gaining weight I just think its really strange. With my last 2 pregnancys I gained weight with no problem. Does anyome else have the same thing going on? I eat fine as well my friends are telling me to eat more so I gain weight. I eat when I'm hungry its not like I'm starving or anything and I don't eat healthy during pregnancy I eat what I want and this baby has been wanting mcdonalds 🤣
