Period pain…. Advice please!!!!

Ok mamas. I need opinions…. A little back story on me. I’m 23 yrs old I have 2 love babies ages 3 and 1 My angel baby was my daughter who I lost at 14 weeks dec 7, 2020 I had a D&C done. I’ve had 3 MCs since. My periods have been painful since my surgery but I started my period again after taking fertility med last cycle and I have been doubled over in pain with cramps like feel like labor contractions and this morning day 3 woke up to severe back pain…. To the point of me wanting to cry…. I had both my boys induced and natural with no pain meds at all so for me to be almost in tears from pain it takes a lot….. anyone else have this and it be normal or should I go to my ER. My drs office is closed till Monday and I already left a message I don’t know what to do…. I have been bleeding a lot every time I go to pee it’s always so bloody and it’s a super bright red with a bunch of clumps in it….. I have been nauseated and dizzy…. What should do ….
