How many kids do you have and are you happy with the number?

I have two babies a 15 month little girl and a 2 month old little boy. My heart tells me I want more even with as hard as it is some days. My husband doesn’t like to slow down at all and doesn’t like helping with much of the child care so he said he doesn’t want anymore. I feel like I’m so blessed already that I should just be content with 2. I also had to have c sections the first was an emergency one after labor for 12 hours and my baby started having decels and wasn’t recovering from them because the cord was around her neck, second was a scheduled c section. That is also a factor as surgery is tough. I have a lot of PPD and birth trauma from my first. I just love my kids so much and I just keep thinking how I want more. My body and health also only having one kidney concerns me though. People always say you’ll never regret having more. Idk anyone else struggling to decide??
