Can You Say Laser Hair Removal?

My dad treated me to some laser hair removal for several parts of my body including my legs. The results look promising, but I have a question. Would it be better to come shaved before I come or have them do it for me over there? The reason I ask is because there seems to be lines of hair where the laser misses and it keeps growing back at those locations. Maybe if they saw that they'd know where to move the laser next time.
