Implantation? So confused!

Hi guys - so hubby and I have been TTC for four years. It’s getting a little exhausting and I’m starting to lose hope.

We had nothing until November last year which was ectopic and I was treated with methotrexate just before Christmas. We started TTC again in April this year after letting the methotrexate get out of my system.

When we got pregnant in November around CD12, on CD21 I had a pink discharge which was unusual to me and made me do a test which was faint but positive all the same. This then progressed over the next week or so on tests until I experienced heavy bleeding and was rushed to hospital.

I’ve just had CD22 in this cycle and experienced almost exactly the same pink discharge (took pics and compared and it’s literally the same - attached pic with dark background was Nov and lighter background was on Friday) but took a pregnancy test and it’s negative. I am now on CD24 and still getting negative tests.

I don’t get mid cycle spotting and usually have a cycle length of around 33 days which means it’s too early for AF. Plus it was just the one wipe - same as last time. I’ve had cramping and feel a little bloated which is pretty much what I experienced back in Nov.

Has anyone had two pregnancies differ like that? I almost feel pregnant and yesterday felt elated and expected I might just see something faint on a test today, but today still getting negative tests has brought me right back down to earth with a bump.

I guess I’m just looking to vent, maybe get some reassurance and just want to know what everyone’s experiences have been like with this please - do early pregnancy symptoms vary like that in one woman?
