Exclusively breastfed
What is exclusively breastfed mean? I always thought it meant that your baby only gets breast milk. No solids no water just moms milk. Am I wrong? Because I’ve been seeing people say that their 4 year olds are exclusively breastfed and I find it hard to believe at 4 they only have had breast milk and nothing else
