Do you feel that a single and free woman, or girl, who has a lot of sex is too promiscuous? Or should be considered a 'whore' ?

Personally, I feel as if every woman has the right to have sex with how many people she wants, with who she wants, and whenever she wants as long as she's being safe. Who cares! Who are they hurting? Tell me what you think.
