Pelvic floor therapy
Hi, I was referred for pelvic floor therapy awhile ago but then life postponed My friend is in pelvic floor therapy and has told me a little but of what goes on but what all do they do and what can I expect especially the further you get into it? Just going to the gyno and getting a pelvic exam feels awkward and makes me nervous so I'd like to know what to expect when I am able to go.
