Spotting after plan b? Or implantation? Help!

Hi everyone

So my last period was on the 12th of June, and I had sex and my period didn't return and just my luck the condom split and had to take a plan b on the 17th of June. (the next day after the incident) - incident 6 days ago.

Today I went for a wee and wiped and there was blood on the paper. (red)

Is this implantation bleeding? (I may have been ovulating as my period stopped and I took the pill the next day? )

Or is it spotting? I've never ever had spotting before so I have no idea what it looks like and it may be a side effect of the pill? I also have some back ache/cramping..

P. S I have taken the pill before, but i didnt bleed after. Also I should mention my cycle was a bit confused because I came off birth control pills so I have no idea when I've ovulating.
