Bad pains 😩 what could this be?

Last night I went to sleep with a pain under my belly button.. it woke me up during the night as it was very painful. It started under my belly button and the pain was travelling up to way above my belly button 😩 almost like spasms. I ended up being sick and it was a lot less painful. I'm starting to get them again and I'm currently 13 weeks pregnant. Probably nothing to do with that but wondering what this could be??
