I don’t feel pregnant anymore

Currently I just don’t feel pregnant anymore . I only have slight nipple soreness and pelvic pain but besides that I feel nothing and it’s making me nervous . I know in week 14 you start to feel better but I guess I’m even more nervous since I haven’t taken a prenatal since 8 weeks bc I couldn’t hold them down I’m just feeling good enough to even take them again . Last appt my dr couldn’t find babies heart beat on the monitor so she did a ultrasound I still didn’t hear the heart beat and she didn’t mention it but we did she the silhouette of the baby . I’m not sure if I saw movement bc she was doing a lot of moving trying to locate the heartbeat . I forgot to mention it and ask but even on the ultrasound pics she printed no heartbeat rate . I d k I’m just nervous
