Twins Speech Therapy frustration

Hey all, I have posted before about my twins starting speech therapy. Im honestly not sure its helping and Im feeling frustrated. Their insurance covers 15 sessions each and I know there is some program that you can try and qualify for where someone can come to your house occasionally. Thats besides the point.

Im frustrated because my twins have done 6 or 7 sessions now and they do speak a few more words now and try to repeat some words we say at home. But they are almost 2yrs old and still only saying maybe 10 words and a some animal noises. They dont even yes or no. My house is just constant screaming and crying and the occasional word thats usually provoked.

I was hoping we would see some great improvement by now. And part of me feels their speech therapy just isnt enough. They only go once a week for 45 mins(individually). Next week they arent even going because their therapist is going to be out of town.
