Does anybody have idea, if one should do an HSG again after a miscarriage?

I did an HSG last year(thankfully it was ok), next I miscarried at 8 weeks. Since then i am trying and not able to conceive.

Can blocked tubes be a reason?? Should i go in for another HSG??
