Please help (mom brain)

So I scheduled my appointment with my OB I have to e-check for my app. And one of the questions said ( in our records said you will be paying and no insurance ) is this correct I said no. And next question was do you want us to bill insurance? Of course I said yes. I have medicaid( badgercare) are they covering it or no? I'm a little confused.

Tia, it's been almost 3 years since i was last pregnant. And for my last pregnancy didn't had badgercare.
