Clomid vs Gonal-F / Injectable Hormones for IUI

My husband and I are 32 y/o, only factor 1% morphology, TTC for #1 for 13 months. We are on our 3rd timed intercourse cycle with Clomid (did Letrozole this time)/Ovidrel.

Next steps will be IUI if this is not our cycle and we discussed using injectables versus Clomid or Letrozole.

Has anyone else made this change for IUI?

What was your experience?

If comfortable, can you share the cost of the injectables?

(We have limited insurance coverage for infertility treatment so we’re trying to be mindful)
