Brown Discharge

Y’all is this normal? Just straight brown discharge. I had sex last week particularly rough sex but that was the only sex in like 6 months i’ve had. My period isn’t due till two weeks and i’m kinda freaking out bc i know it can be a sign of pregnancy but like I had sex literally a week ago and im on birth control. I missed one but it was after we already had sex and he didn’t cum in me. Can someone please just give me some advice so I can stop freaking out.
