Spam/scam

Yesterday I got 3 spam risk calls (that's what they show up as on my phone) with in 2 hours of each other. So far today I've gotten two calls and two texts, again within two hours 😐 This happens at least once or twice every week or so it seems. How do I make it stop? I never answer the calls/texts. I always block the numbers too, but I just keep getting them
