Soreness in pelvic area

Hello, I’ve been having some symptoms the past few weeks and have no idea what’s going on and wanted to know if anyone else feels the same. I’m getting a pelvic ultrasound in a few weeks. I’ve been feeling a bit bloated, soreness when I press on the area under my belly button and down to pelvic area, sometimes get an ache by my left ovary and in lower back on left side, and lately I’ve felt that I need to go #2 and sometimes I do and sometimes I don’t it just feels full in my rectum. Trying not to freak out that it’s a tumor or anything. Anyone have calming advice or dealing with this?
