Tips to getting a place fast?!!??

So me and my little family are having a hard time getting a finding a place to live😩 we are on the waiting list for every single apartment there is .. and NO CALL … Im gettjng so mad !!!!

Answer

Check your local newspaper in the “for sale/for rent” sections. A lot of times people that own several properties want to rent them out whether it’s a house or a doublewide or whatever. And a lot of times you can rent them for the same price or less that you would pay at a smaller apartment. 
It also pays to know people locally. When my mom was looking for a place she had a regular customer come into her store and was asking her if she knew anyone looking for a place and so that’s how she’s in the place that she’s in now.
