Skin Help 😣

So I bought these make up removing cloths a couple months back, you just add water and it takes your make up right off. I’ve never had a problem with them until now. After I take my make up off, under my eyes get extremely stingy and sore. I do have psoriasis on my elbows but I don’t know if that has anything to do with it. I’ve attached some pictures so you know what I’m talking about. It doesn’t look like much but it’s actually very stingy and feels dry. I bought a new foundation today because I thought that maybe the foundation was irritating it. I’ve used the foundation for a couple years but I’m getting bored of it and it’s starting to feel heavy on my skin. These patches also feel dry, not flaky or anything though. Does anyone know what this could be? I’m so sick of my sensitive skin. Thanks 😊
