pain in ovary during sex/cyst?

Hello guys!

I'm hoping someone can give me a little advice.

I've been with my boyfriend about a year and a half and we've had good sex for a good chunk of it. About 6-8 months ago I started getting a little pain in my right ovary in some positions, but I just shrugged it off as ovulation or a weird thing. In present day, it hurts to do almost every position.

It's pretty much a sharp stabbing pain in any deep position and it sucks so much. I'm thinking I might have a cyst so I was curious if anyone has gotten an ultrasound/had one and what have y'all done if you did have a cyst?
