Pelvic pain when…

I’m experiencing pelvic pain on one, sometimes both sides when I’m trying to sit up from lying down on my bed. It’s sharp stabbing pain. Has anyone experienced the same? My period is late by 3 days. I also experienced the same in the middle or 10 days before my expected period. That one was moderate to severe. I just came off the pill last April 2021. Had unprotected sex on June 4. No pregnancy symptoms. Could this be ovarian cyst (again)? I had simple cyst last 2016. It went away when I lost weight. I am currently weighing 92kgs.

Symptoms:

Pelvic pain on one or both sides of ovary sometimes radiates to my leg

Cystic acne

Late period

Bloating/hard lower belly where my ovaries are
