ovarian cyst pain

hi! i recently got the paraguard iud at the end of march and it caused a cyst on my left ovary. my doctor did an ultrasound back in june to confirm and said it was going away on its own and i had nothing to worry about. i had almost unbearable pain on and off for months prior to the ultrasound and then after the confirmation of the cyst i only had “severe” pain on my period. for the past 2 weeks however the pain has gotten progressively worse and i am currently only able to take a few steps at a time before having to sit down and bear down on something due to the pain. occasionally i will over exert myself (because i’m 21 and i’m in the process of moving (no days off)) and afterwards i will have to lie down for several minutes crying due to the pain. and i like to think i have a pretty big pain tolerance. i went to urgent care for the pain and nothing really happened the PA just prescribed 75mg diclofenac which helps some but only for a few hours and doesn’t fully take the pain away. he also didn’t recommend another ultrasound due to my last one being so recent. i want to go back to living my life and i am completely frustrated and i don’t know what to do. any advice will be super appreciated.
