Over active toddler

Please tell me im not alone?!

My toddler literally will not listen when i say dont touch regardless of what I say she will continue doing it.

She never sits still, LIKE NEVER.

She is super naughty, pushes buttons on a daily. Washes her hands in her food whether its yoghurt, soup or anything liquid based. We have tried to direct her attention else where but she is still a terror.

Im starting to think she has a form of ADHD honestly. She doesnt stop, never gets tired and is always so fidgety/squirmy!!!!

Besides all of that she speaks full sentences, she literally understands everything and you can have a conversation with her thats beyond her years but just doesnt stop moving.

Is this normal?
