Hypertension

Hello. I had severe preeclampsia and ended up delivering my baby girl 10 weeks early. She’s in the NICU until she’s strong enough to come home and COVID restrictions only let me see her once a day. I’ve had stage 2 hypertension for the last 2 months and it’s continuing postpartum. I know it’s a 12 week timeframe to wait and see if it resolves itself, but I am stressing more with the knowledge that it may not resolve itself. Idk what to do to relax.
