I scratched my labia 😬

K y’all I had an itch in my vag crack not really an itch but like idk how to explain it know how sometimes one of the folds gets positioned weirdly and you gotta adjust it? as I was waking up and I was also rolling over in my bed and just went to itch/adjust the area quick. And my finger kinda slipped, scratched a bit too hard, kinda hurt, didn’t think anything of it. Not like I was full on scratching it just a lil scratch less than a second (I’m not itchy there or anything just saying cause I know ppl are gonna be like if it’s itchy u probably have infection) ANYWAY I got up and went pee and after I wiped there was a tiny bit of blood. So I looked and there’s a half a centimetre gash on the out side part of my inner labia? If that makes sense 😳 it’s not bleeding a lot or anything it’s just a cut. But should I do anything about that??? Anything I shouldn’t do??
