yeast infection remedies

so i got an ear infection thursday and got put under antibiotics turns out one of them had a side effect of being an yeast infection and i didn’t know that til after i started getting yeast infection symptoms i put cream to stop the itching which worked and i noticed i went back to my normal discharging on sunday and i had sex sunday night so i thought it went away but i guess it didn’t so sex made it worse so the cottage cheese discharge came back, the itching, i felt my vagina hot so put cream to stop the itching and monday i got the little egg with the cream and im flushing all of that out now but its still itchy how can i get rid of it completely? i’m already annoyed 😭and my OBYN can’t see me anytime soon shes booked and they can’t squeeze me in, i just wanna go back to normal i also stopped taking the antibiotics because idk if that was making my yeast infection worse
