I haven’t had much of an appetite lately and used to eat bigger breakfast that were nice and healthy during weight loss, but I had that for breakfast today and now I’m kinda weirded out since it left me feeling SO full and now I’m worried I’m not eating enough. For lunch I had half a Costco muffin and a coffee with milk and sweet cream creamer, and for dinner I’m having a salad with some turkey breast. That sounds perfectly fine to me but like I said, I don’t know if I should be worried, especially because I ate bigger meals than that when I was losing weight.
