How do you deal with loss?

As a child I remembered this huge family as time goes by we age and there's a time we have to say goodbye.

But it hurts so much when my grandparents died the family went there own ways different states we no longer had those big Christmas, those times the family got together to celebrate, spend time together.

It's hard, my grandfather passed away and it hurt I didn't say goodbye go see him the virus these travel limitations the close downs but it's like this piece of my heart aches he is my history if he didn't meet my grandmother I wouldn't be here. He's a life

But where are my uncles my grandparents I miss them so much it's like as a child you don't expect people to die.
