Do I force him to see her

It’s Thursday my daughter dad has not seen her since Sunday. He has not called or texted to see her. He only saw her Sunday because I called him like 6 times and asked if he could her for 30 min while I got an oil change. I don’t understand why he doesn’t reach out to see his daughter. She is almost one but it’s like hello geez don’t you miss her. He just out living his life while I’m doing it all. I’m at a point where I’m like ok whatever. While I work my mom keep her, but I have to put her in daycare for at least three days a week because my mom work. Idk if I should call but I’m like nah if he wanted to see her he would call right? I shouldn’t have to call or text and say do you want to see her why is that my responsibility I think I’m just focus on my child and if he want to see her he’ll call. It doesn’t really bother me that he don’t see her but I don’t want her to have a parent that’s in and out of her life when it’s convenient for them.
