Implantation bleeding?

I had a little bit of rusty blood mixed with discharge on my underwear when I went to use the bathroom on the 25th. It wasn’t a lot at all, I wiped & it never came back. I had light cramping the rest of that day. My CM is creamy & quite a lot.. I’ve been feeling fatigued & having headaches.. emotional.. it could be pms symptoms but could I be pregnant?

Update: I was laying down watching a movie & I felt really nauseous. Had to run to the bathroom & get sick.. I’m going to take a test when I officially miss my period but overall that was weird.

Also, that bleeding I had stopped right away & I haven’t bled since so it’s not my period starting.
