Producing milk again… pregnant?

Hey Ladies! My husband and I recently decided to ttc. Our youngest will be 4 in October. I breastfed her until this past December. I am only 5 dpo and we did have sex multiple times a day every day of my fertile window. All of a sudden today I noticed my breasts were full almost like a letdown, started producing again and was able to hand express colostrum. I tried hand expressing because I thought I was nuts over feeling a letdown. Could this be a positive sign? Also noticed I am all of a sudden extremely clumsy today. Probably totally irrelevant and I’m just being hopeful but the producing again has my wondering.
